Mel has come a long way since her hair journey began in 2009. WIth her passion for colour and creative styling Mel was quickly recognised as a future leader in the hair space, winning multiple awards.

Mels unparalleled expertise has led her to become our Hair Director as well as continuing as Senior Stylist.

Mel is always up for a big hair transformation, and with her sound technical knowledge, she is in her element when the word rainbow is mentioned! Recently being awarded 1ST Place , 2ND Place and 3RD Place in National colouring competitions, Mel brings passion and knowledge to all of her clients!

Mel is available Monday-Friday.

SENIOR STYLIST

Bek has been in the hair styling industry for over 15 years. Bek’s passion is all about enhancing what her clients are naturally born with, along with educating them on how to maintain their hair at home. Precision cutting and polished styling comes naturally to Bek.

With years of experience in event styling Bek has built a reputation based on trust and reliability .

Bek is available Tuesday-Thursday

Senior Stylist & De Lorenzo Social Media Ambassador 2025

Jules began his journey with us in 2021. Bounding with energy, Jules brings lots of life and laughter to the salon. Jules’ passion and love for anything to do with hairdressing and fashion is demonstrated with every client service.

Up for a chat at any time of the day, clients love when Jules is in, and many ask where he is if he isn’t.

Jules brings vast product knowledge and is emerging as our in house technical expert.

Awarded the much-coveted role of National Social Media Ambassador Jules is heading to the stars.

Jules is available Monday-Friday.

Senior Hair Stylist

Kiki has a special talent for colour, expressing passion and care with every service provided.

Kiki’s confidence and attention to detail are accompanied by her bubbly personality and her love for a chat.

You’re in safe hands with Kiki when it comes to any level of service required.

SENIOR STYLIST/ HAIR EXTENSIONS/ SCALP HEALTH EXPERT

We are so fortunate to have an immensely talented new member like Laura on our team.

Laura now offers our clients a vast amount of knowledge in scalp health - having attended professional training as well as having a personal passion for this area. If you have or know someone that suffers from scalp conditions Laura is now here to help.

Laura is also an expert in colour styling and hair extensions. With many years experience in the hair extension service industry Laura is someone you can trust and rely on for amazing results.

Laura is a De Lorenzo award winner for 2024.

Chelsea is our 1st year apprentice. She has arrived at Hair Etiquette and has hit the ground running. Mature beyond her years she is a fantastic team member, expressing her passion and knowledge with confidence.

Chelsea’s can-do attitude and confident approach to everything she does has ensured her a special place on our team and we look forward to helping her fulfill her dreams and being a part of her journey.

SALON MANAGER

Our organiser, our go to, our best friend!!!

Jo is the face at Hair Etiquette. On the phone, greeting clients, making sure our busy booking calendar is in order, dealing with our awesome suppliers, making coffees, Jo ensures our Salon is running like a well oiled machine.

A highly organised and valued member of our team, usually with 5 jobs on the go at once, Jo will ensure your time with us is a truly enjoyable experience.
